You pay for purchases by bank transfer in AED or USD. Money you send us is accepted only as advance payment for metal you buy from us (shown in the app as "Funds for purchases"). It is not a deposit, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to anyone else. The transfer details are shown in the platform.
Once your payment is received and matched, you can place orders — all fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Money not used for a purchase within 30 days is refunded automatically to your registered bank account.
Before you transfer
- Complete identity verification first — payments are accepted only from verified accounts.
- Send the transfer from a bank account held in your own name.
- Use the reference details shown in the platform so the payment can be matched to your account.
