Prices on Eona are based on the international spot price of the metal, provided by a professional market-data provider and refreshed approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. If the price is more than 30 minutes old, trading is paused until it updates. The price you get is the price shown on the platform when you confirm your order.
Our buy price is the international spot price plus a premium, and our sell price is the spot price minus a discount. The premium and discount reflect the cost of physical metal and market conditions, can change, and are included in the price rather than charged as a separate fee. The price you pay or receive is shown before you confirm. The price on the order confirmation is valid for 60 seconds. If the execution price differs from the price you confirmed by more than 0.25%, the order is not executed and you are shown the new price to confirm again.
The price of the metal is separate from the storage fee, which is published on our Fees and Spread page and shown before you confirm.
